Welcome to beFOKi by Bengali Food Kingdom. By placing an order through our website or mobile app you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Service

beFOKi provides online food ordering and local delivery services. Items shown on the website/app are subject to availability.

2. Pricing

All prices are in INR. Applicable taxes (GST), packaging and delivery charges will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed after successful payment for online methods or after successful OTP verification for COD. You will receive confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp on the registered number.

4. Payment

We accept payments via UPI, PayU Money, Credit/Debit cards and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by PayU Money (or other configured gateway). We do not store sensitive card/UPI PIN data.

5. Delivery

Delivery time estimates are indicative. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather or kitchen load. We will try to deliver within the estimated time displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Short policy summary: Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes before preparation starts. Refunds (when applicable) for online payments are processed via PayU Money and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate contact & delivery information. Fraudulent orders or misuse may result in cancellation and blacklisting.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, beFOKi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the relevant order.
