Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement, provided preparation has not started. After this window, cancellations may not be accepted.
Cancellation by beFOKi
We may cancel orders due to item unavailability, delivery constraints, incorrect contact details, or payment issues. If we cancel, you will be notified immediately.
Refund Eligibility
- Order cancelled by restaurant or by beFOKi.
- Item unavailable after payment was completed.
- Payment was debited but the order was not received.
Refund Process & Timeline
All online refunds are processed via PayU Money (or the payment provider used). Refund initiation will happen within 24–48 hours of determination, and reflection in your bank account typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the bank.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Customer changed mind after delivery.
- Customer did not answer delivery agent’s calls or was not present at delivery location.
- Issues caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by customer.
